COAT Case Study: Emily Penrose Design
London-based interior design studio, Emily Penrose Design, transformed the dark, out-of-date communal areas of Queen Street Studios, Exeter, into a playful, community-driven space for students to enjoy.
Through a mixture of clever and hard-wearing material, they delivered a space with ultimate flexibility, from acoustically treated study pods, to a cosy movie snug and gaming areas.
Muted COAT shades were used throughout the Ground Floor spaces, creating a sense of calm (because where needs a sense of calm more than student accommodation 👀 ?)
