Berkeley Homes used Old Street in Soft Sheen in the bathrooms for a dramatic look.
The showhome showcases the lifestyle on offer, and has been created by interior designers, Grace Zetter and Hannah Blunt. The styling has been chosen to reflect a tranquil and luxurious retreat, with homely earthy brown and sage green tones featuring throughout the property.
Hannah Blunt, Design Director at Zetter Blunt explains: “Colour plays a key role in the home. We have worked in collaboration with the high-grade climate positive paint company COAT to create a scheme using a few of their feature colours - Old Street which is a faded, greyed red and The Trail which is a stunning mid-green and Pudding, a rich beige pink creating a subtle warmth throughout the show home."
Sunninghill Square is a peaceful retreat offering idyllic contemporary living, designed to blend seamlessly with the local architecture. A landscaped Village Green will create a focal point within the new community for everyone to enjoy. The use of the COAT Colour Scheme in the showrooms of Berkeley Homes' latest development is a bold and innovative move that is sure to set a new standard in interior design.
