HOW DO I RETURN?

• Enter your order number (from your order confirmation email) and your email address in the fields above and click ‘Let’s Go’.
• Follow the instructions, select the items you want to return and upload images of the unopened paint and original shipping packaging.
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines and Collect+ label once the return request is approved.

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

• They must be unused (for paint, this means you haven’t opened the tin).
• In the original shipping packaging.

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR YOUR RETURN?

• There is a £5.50 charge per return which is automatically deducted from your final refund. This charge covers the cost of the return courier and re-stock.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and you will be refunded less the return charge to your original method of payment within 5 working days.
